Data You Give Us
To communicate with us, we require you to provide us with the following personal information: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, business affiliation, business address and demographic information such as age and gender. Certain users may be permitted to submit invoices for work performed via the platform and Site so they may be processed by payors. If a social security number or tax identification number is required, Mayfair will make you aware that the information you provide will be visible to the payor. Mayfair only collects the information deemed reasonably necessary to fulfill your online requests and our legitimate business objectives.
Data from Third Party Sources
We may collect information about you from a public or private third-party source to create or supplement our records. Mayfair makes no claims regarding the accuracy of the data it collects through third-party providers. Mayfair acts as a passive sharer of the data uploaded to the service.

We use this information to: (1) provide connection between an attorney or law firm and insurance claims organization to facilitate the communication and relationship between the matched parties; (2) provide insurance claims organizations and their representatives who subscribe to Mayfair's services your information as requested by you; (3) provide services to insurance claims organization, attorneys and law firms; (4) provide you with information about our services that you have requested; (5) provide you with information about our services that we feel may be of interest to you, if you have given your consent to receiving marketing material from us at the point we collected your information, where required by law, or otherwise in our legitimate interest, provided these interests do not override your right to object to such communications; (6) take steps to enter into any contract or carry out our obligations arising from any contract entered into between you and us; and (7) any other purposes as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
